Paris

Day 2 is over, and we leave Paris first thing in the morning tomorrow. You may have heard about the huge storm in Western Europe a few days ago – we got the clear and calm aftermath – sun all day both days. The travel day was loonnnnnggggg considering the layover in Toronto. And of course they lost one piece of luggage. AC is going to send that out to our next hotel. The kids (and parents) went nonstop on day 1, taking in Versailles, Arc De Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, and the Eiffel Tower. Day 2 featured a visit to Sacre Couer, a guided tour of the Louvre, a stop by Notre Dame Cathdral, lunch in the Latin Quarter, and some Parisian shopping. Everyone is in good spirits and looking forward to tomorrow, and I’m tired, so goodnight. Here are some pics for you to enjoy. You can click on any picture (like the group ones) to get a bigger version of it.
